Once your website is established or you would like to provide a hosting service it is time to upgrade to a Reseller Package. This gives you more control and allows you to resell any remaining resources if you wish. The reseller program does not require you to maintain anything over than in Web Host Manager and cPanel so this will also allows you to concentrate on developing your website.

WestNIC is aimed at the mass market. (Currently we have been with Westnic for 2 months)
WestNIC although based in the United States of America has support departments available in the UK as well as the USA and other countries. WestNIC include a number of extra services to help move accounts and support existing clients.
Pricing Overview:
Pros:
- Three locations within the USA
- The reseller account can be on their clustered solution
- 99.9% Uptime SLA
- Daily Backups
- Private Name Servers
- ClientExec Billing Software included free or WHMCS with plans RS-2 and RS-3
- RV SiteBuilder Pro included with RS-2 and RS-3
- End user support can be provided via a white label service and telephone number
- Support has so far been excellent and no downtime detected
- Semi-Dedicated plans for those who don't want to move to a VPS
Cons:
- The transfer of accounts is done when there is less load on the servers so account transfers can take a while with larger accounts, in our case it took a total of 4 days.
- Took 11 hours to re-active an account that had been suspended for abusing server resources. We were told that our customers site had crashed the server (which it did not). We were then told it took several hours to back the site up because of cPanel can't handle sites over 2 gigabytes (Which it does handle very well), and that the process was taking its time because the server was overloaded (It was not, on a four processor server load was between 1.0 and 1.5). We suspect this member of support staff simply forgot about the ticket and then made up excuses when we started upping the ticket priority, I would rather they simply told the truth, it was a saturday they might have been very busy.

Reseller Zoom aimed at small amounts of website's or resellers.
It may also work out to be cheaper than the standard Hosting Zoom Clustered Hosting if you do not want the Fail over option and don't need that much bandwidth. They also offer different locations such as the UK/Europe and Asia. Obviously as a Reseller package you could sell hosting packages with cPanel account for anything you don't use!
Update: Please be advised End User Support is now no longer provided free!

- Daily Backups
- Private Name Servers
- ClientExec Billing Software included free
